This 4-week Beginner Bollywood Dance Programme is designed specifically for adults who are new to dance or looking to reconnect with movement in a supportive and encouraging environment. The focus is not only on learning choreography, but on building confidence, letting go of self-consciousness, and becoming more comfortable in your body.
Across the programme, you will develop foundational Bollywood techniques, improve coordination and musicality, and work progressively towards a complete routine. Each class is paced intentionally to ensure you feel challenged yet supported, with space for repetition, refinement, and personal growth.
By the end of the 4 weeks, you will not only have learned a full choreography, but also gained the confidence and skills to move more freely and expressively.
JULY 7 - Week 1: Foundations + choreography introduction
JULY 14- Week 2: Progression + technique development
JULY 21- Week 3: Full routine + performance quality
JULY 28- Week 4: Refinement + confidence + final run
